Dr. Hamza Shaikh specializes in the surgical and non-surgical treatment of spinal disorders, including disc surgery and spinal fusions at all levels of the spine, from the neck to the lower back. His expertise encompasses various injection techniques for spinal disorders, microscopic/endoscopic discectomy, minimally invasive spinal stabilization, posterior and transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF/TLIF), artificial disc replacement, and osteoporotic spine fracture management through both non-surgical and surgical methods like balloon kyphoplasty and vertebroplasty. Dr. Shaikh is also proficient in spine trauma, spinal tumor surgery, scoliosis and kyphosis deformity correction surgery, growth rod and growth guidance techniques for early onset scoliosis, degenerative spine disorders, occipito-cervical spine surgeries, and managing chronic back pain through radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulators, and baclofen or morphine pump applications.
